Ruchi Chopra Wellness is a wellness coaching service offering customized health programs and 1:1 support for women seeking to improve their energy, metabolism, and overall well-being through holistic and sustainable methods. Our services include personalized metabolic reset programs, fitness and wellness coaching, and lifestyle guidance via digital tools and coaching sessions.

We serve clients primarily in Canada but may provide services to international clients via virtual sessions, as permitted by applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with this agreement.

If you are accessing our services on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so, and that the individual or entity agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Health Disclaimer

Ruchi Chopra Wellness provides coaching and wellness information for educational and motivational purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any health, nutrition, or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medication. You agree that any decisions you make regarding your health are your sole responsibility.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and results will vary based on individual circumstances and adherence to program guidelines.

4. Program Participation and User Responsibilities

When you participate in one of our wellness programs or coaching sessions, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your health, lifestyle, dietary habits, and any other data relevant to your personalized plan. Your cooperation is essential in allowing us to create a program that is aligned with your goals and current condition.

You understand that any recommendations provided are based on the information you provide, and Ruchi Chopra Wellness is not liable for results based on incomplete or inaccurate data.

You agree to engage with our content and coaching respectfully, follow the program guidelines to the best of your ability, and communicate any concerns with your coach or support staff in a timely manner.

5. Consultations and Appointments

Free consultations are available to first-time clients and are subject to availability. These consultations are intended to help assess whether our program is a suitable fit for your needs.

Paid appointments and coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to expiration or rescheduling terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid potential cancellation fees or forfeiting the session.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted access to services or termination of ongoing program access.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All prices for services and programs are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless you have selected an installment plan.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

If you experience any issues with billing or payments, please contact us at info@ruchichoprawellness.com within 7 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect services that have already been paid for or are currently in progress.

7. Use of Website and Digital Tools

The website, mobile app, and all digital platforms provided by Ruchi Chopra Wellness are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with the proper functioning of our systems.

You may not:
